Medienwerkstatt Berlin is a space for artistic research with time-based media. Since 2008 the Medienwerkstatt, part of the cultural side of the bbk berlin has offered infrastructure support and know-how towards the realisation of video works, media installations, performances and interactive art. In common with all the facilities of the cultural institute of the bbk, the workshop facilities remain open to all artists.
Liquid State Machine invites artists and researchers who work with chemical, biological and physical systems to join a series of collective workshops forming the exhibition and performance taking place at Medienwerkstatt Berlin.
