Press Accreditation

We are pleased about each media representative who is planning to report about the artists, speakers and participants of transmediale.11 and CTM.11.

Please note
The application period for press accreditation starts November 10, 2010 and ends January 19, 2011.

Conditions for accreditation
Press accreditation is available to reporters from all media fields (print, online, TV, radio, blogs, web TV, photography).

Access authorisations
With your press accreditation you will be able to enter most events of transmediale.11 and CTM.11. Together with your accreditation you will receive a press kit at the press counter with a list of additional events that are not included in the accreditation.

Since most events take place in spaces with limited capacities please ensure to arrive early. An accreditation does not serve as a guarantee for entry.

Approval or denial of accreditation
The transmediale and CTM reserve the right to approve or deny accreditation.

Confirmation
When your application has been processed and accepted, you will receive confirmation of your accreditation as well as more detailed information via e-mail.

Accreditation fee
For accreditation, the festival charges a processing fee of EUR 15,- which must be paid in cash when you pick up your accreditation pass at the press counter.

Press Counter
The accreditation pass and a press kit can be collected at the press counter at the House of World Cultures (John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10, 10557 Berlin), which will be open during the festival daily between 10 am and 8 pm.

TV, film, digital and video recordings and photography
Accredited members of the press are permitted to take photographs and to make TV, film, digital and video recordings at all transmediale.11 events without limitations. Photographs can be taken also at all venues of CTM.11, with the exception of the Berghain, where recordings of all sorts are generally not allowed. For film, audio and video recordings at CTM.11 venues additional authorisation is required through the CTM press office:
