Sefik Seki Tatlic, BA at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Enrolled at the doctoral program for humanities at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. His main activities are research of social implications of alternative copyright (copy left) licenses, open source (Linux like) software, Creative commons license and the analysis of global capitalism and new technologies.
